yesterday my husband found some recipe in the new's paper in Quincy herald-whig i'ts called Sweet and Sour Pork ......this morning before we live to go to work my husband told me that we gonna try to fix that Sweet and Sour Pork for supper for tonight, so i told him that i will stop by in the grocery store get some green peppers on the way home from work, cauze were out of it......i usually start cooking around 5:00 p.m but today i have to wait for my husband to get home, he will be home around 6:15 p.m... he want us to cook together..... ( so sweet )........ we really enjoyed cooking together.... we do alot's together house work, laundry anything....... and did i tell you his a good cooked? he can make a good dessert too... he is definitely a keeper............i was slicing the peppers and onions and my husband slicing the meat, we really work together good, we don't have to tell do this do that we just do it....... it takes over hour to cook this  Sweet and Sour Pork  ...... so when food still cooking, i'm busy watching american got talent they all good......... did you guy's like to watch these american got talent's? who you think i'ts gonna wen? oh i can't wait for finaly to come, i'm getting more excited who's going home with a million dollar's....

here's the recipe if you wanna try it

" Sweet and Sour Pork "

1 1/2-2 pounds pork, cubed...green peppers strips....onion chunks....rice....1 large can pineapple....1/4 cup red....wine vinegar....1/4 cup brown sugar....1 tablespoon soy sauce....1 teaspoon salt....dash of pepper....3/4 cup water....1/2 cup flour

drain pineapple, and mix juice with water, vinegar, soy sauce and brown sugar; set aside...combine flour, salt and pepper. use to dredge meat. cook meat in skillet in 2 tables spoon oil until browned; drain off extra oil....pour in pineapple juice mixture. cover and simmer one hour. uncover and add pineapple, green pepper and onions...cook 10-15 minutes, serve over rice

i just got home from work, i have a busy day at work but it was a good day my friend collete and patty just got back to work today, there been in vacation also....there are my real friend's at my work we enjoyed talking each other, some of our co-workeres so jealous of us cauze they think we have some click going on! we just egnore them people we don't really care, they like to talk to your back which dosen't bather me atleast  they live same body alone.....one of our co-worker work today she's not been talking to us for over 3 weeks we don't know what's her problem but if she wanna be like that oh well, i don't know her that well she just been working there for 7 months so it doesen't matter with me if she talk to me or not! like i told to my boss i came her to work not kissing peoples LUBOT .........she might just having a problem but we all do, you just dont take that to somebody else keep your personal problem at your home, we are working in the nursing home, resident's love to see people smile not a grouchy mood......i wish she will get over it if she have a problem with us she need to tell us, cauze i was kind of wonder first what did i done? to upset her! why she's not talking? as far as i know i did,nt do nothing to her that i can remember......she need a life, that's all i can see i try to be nice to everyone but sometimes it doesen't work that well..........maybe someday she get over it...
